Llanelli Mind is a local mental health organisation which has been providing vital support services and information to people across Carmarthenshire for over 30 years. We are an autonomous organisation affiliated to the national charity Mind and a registered charity in our own right.

Our Befriending service offers support for people with mental health problems across Carmarthenshire and our Twilight service offers out of hours support four nights a week. The service also works closely with a local GP cluster providing a therapeutic service including counselling We also:
- campaign for the introduction of new services and improvements to existing ones;
- challenge stigma and discrimination;
- raise awareness;
- and promote understanding.
