Llanelli Mind provides a varied programme of activities, sessions and structured workshops to help with your mental health and wellbeing. You can contact us for referrals or more information on how we can help you or someone you know today.

Day Opportunities

Our Welcome Centre in Llanelli offers a safe and welcoming environment that provides an excellent range of support and advice services, including one to one support, group activities, counselling and emotional well-being courses for those experiencing mental ill health.

Social Inclusion

Our Digital and Social Inclusion project is to support those who are experiencing mental ill health and who are prone to loneliness, isolation, and poor self-esteem. Social inclusion aims to enable a more positive and healthier human experience.

Counselling

Llanelli Mind Counselling and Therapeutic Services offer a range of counselling options including self-referral (for individuals and couples aged 18+ and children and young people aged 11 – 17); GP surgeries services; a corporate service for local businesses and a crisis service for individuals aged 18+made through agency referral.

Children & Young People

Our services also help and support to Children and Young People Between the ages of 11-24 experiencing poor mental health. Not only to enhance wellbeing, build resilience and confidence, but to provide a better understanding and lifelong tools to strive for a happy life

We are Llanelli Mind, local mental health charity. We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We are here for you. We are on your doorstep, on the end of a phone or online. Whether you are stressed, depressed or in crisis. We will listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner and we will continue to campaign and push for a better deal and respect for everyone experiencing a mental health problem.
